Launch of a software in German-speaking markets

Description

Project Objectives: Adapt the software to the requirements of the German-speaking markets and
make first 20 sales.
My responsibilities and actions: I created a product backlog across the technical, regulatory and
the commercial domains. I assembled a team of experts with skills in translation, sales and
marketing and worked in iterations of 1 week to create the first usable version of the app in
German while at the same time collecting customer feedback on the needs in the 3 markets.
Outcome: The outcome is a functioning app in DACH markets as well as marketing and sales
processes established. By the end of the project 18 customers were using it.
