Situation: The objectives of this project were to create a mobile phone multi-lingual App
providing our customers access to catalogue of our products.
My responsibilities and actions: I started by getting the first phase (creation of MVP) approved by
the project sponsor. As soon as done I worked on the product backlog while at the same time
appointing a 3rd party team to program. Over the next few months I delivered the MVP and got
the approval for the final product. I haven’t finished this project since I changed my function
and thus handed over to a new manager who has subsequently successfully finalized it.
Outcome: App downloaded and used by tens of thousands of customers.
