Global product level reporting software
Description
Situation: I took over the project in a very difficult state: over the budget and behind schedule right before go-live. Additionally, new off-shore vendor was delivering poor quality.
My responsibilities and actions: I focused on the essentials for go-live, identified the best team members from the vendor and fixed the system so that it could be rolled out. At the same time I planned and delivered training to several hundred users. Over the next few months I finalized the product and closed the project.
Outcome: A well functioning software to collect monthly sales, cost and inventory data from >100 countries saving thousands of hours globally every month and ensuring quality reporting.
